Please Read Before Making A Purchase

 

Order Requirements

  • For all orders, shipping and billing address must match. Unfortunately, orders without matching shipping and billing address will be unable to check out or refunded. Contact Us if you require accommodations. 
  • To protect our customers and the company, your signature will be required at the time of delivery to receive item(s).

Shipping Policy

  • All purchases are shipped using USPS. 
  • Use the correct address at checkout and double-check your for accuracy. 
  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, customer(s) are responsible for reshipment fees. 
  • Roze Essentials is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods during mailing transit. Please contact your local USPS Facility directly if you encounter any issues. 
  • Please understand you will not receive any updates until a tracking number is sent via email and/or sms after the order is processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience!

Processing Times For Pre-Order Custom Wigs

  • Pre-order custom wigs will take approximately 2-3 weeks to process and ship your order. 

Pre Order Bundles/Lace/ Tape Ins/ Clip Ins/ Pre-made Wigs

All orders placed for hair extensions, including bundles, lace, clip in/tape ins, and premade wigs take approximately 7-14 business days. 

  • Our hair is sourced directly from Vietnam, Burma, & Cambodia. Every product is handcrafted to perfection upon order, which leads to a longer production time than most hair companies. 

 

Return & Policy 

All Sales Are Final. 

We strive for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to the nature of most items sold, we do not accept returns. We are happy to exchange under specific conditions.


Products must be in its original packaging, unused and unaltered. Contact Us urgently within 3- days after the order is received. 

Ineligible for Exchange:

- If the lace/hair has been cut

- Hair has been dyed or altered in any way

- Cap has been cut or altered in any way

- Missing original packaging or box

- The hair/wig has been worn

- Tags, combs removed or alterations to the wig cap, lace or hair 

 

PLEASE Do Not order a wig without knowing your correct head size. Roze Essentials is not responsible for incorrect wig measurement orders. Utilize our Resources  tab to learn how to accurately take head measurements for a perfect fit. Terms and Conditions 

By purchasing, you (purchaser) are in agreement to the following terms and conditions of the product and/or service: You have read in its entirety our company policies, product description and understand the product(s) you are purchasing. You understand and agree to our no refund and exchange policy. You understand and accept that once an order is submitted, cancellation or changes can not be made (including but not limited to item refund, shipping address changes, etc). Roze Essentials has the right to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and valid identification to protect against fraudulent disputes. In the event of fraudulent charges against Roze Essentials, the customer is subject to legal action taken upon the company losing funds or product(s).
