Shipping Policy & Instructions
*Please Read Before Making A Purchase*
- All products are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
- To protect our customers and the company, your signature will be required at the time of delivery to receive item(s).
- Shipping and Billing addresses must match. Unfortunately, orders without matching shipping and billing address will be refunded. Contact Us if you require accommodations.
- Use the correct address at checkout, we cannot change the address once the order is submitted. Double check the address before proceeding.
- Roze Essentials is not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
- If a package is returned due to an invalid address, customers are responsible for reshipment fees.
- Roze Essentials is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods during mailing transit. Please contact your local USPS Facility directly if you encounter any issues.
- Please understand you will not receive any updates until a tracking number is sent via email and/or sms after the order is processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience!
Pre-Order Custom Wigs
- Pre-order custom wigs will take approximately 10 - 28 business days to process and ship your order.
- Contact Us if you need an order expedited we will try our best to accommodate you.
- Wigs with custom coloring cannot be 100% replicated. Each wig will be remade with the same color formulation and technique to guarantee the wig will be indistinguishable from the photos on our website!
Pre Order Bundles/Lace/ Pre-made Wigs
All orders placed for hair extensions, including bundles, lace, clip in/tape ins, and premade wigs takes approximately 7-14 business days if we do not have the product in-stock.
- Our hair is sourced directly from Vietnam, Burma, & Cambodia. Every product is handcrafted to perfection upon order, which leads to a longer production time than most hair companies.
Return and Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final.
We strive for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to the nature of most items sold, we do not accept returns, or exchanges.
Products must be in its original packaging, unused and unaltered. Contact Us within 3-5 days after the order is received.
PLEASE Do Not order a wig without knowing your correct head size. Roze Essentials is not responsible for incorrect wig measurement orders. Utilize our Resources or FAQ tab to learn how to accurately take head measurements for a perfect fit. You understand and accept that once an order is submitted, cancellation or changes can not be made (including but not limited to item refund, shipping address changes, etc). Roze Essentials has the right to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and valid identification to protect against fraudulent disputes. In the event of fraudulent charges against Roze Essentials, the customer is subject to legal action taken upon the company losing funds or product(s).
