- Why Are Half Sizes Not Available For Ready To Ship Custom Wigs?
- If you have a 20” (x-small) or 24” (x-large) circumference or half size measurement ex: (21 ½”) you will have to place a Preorder. Ready To Ship Custom Wigs are made using standard sizes
(21”, 22”and 23”)
- 21” = Small
- 22” = Medium
- 23” = Large
- How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
- Purchases made under What’s In Stock will take an average of 2 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Preorder custom wigs will take approximately 10 - 28 business days.
- Pre-orders placed for hair extensions, including bundles, lace, clip in/tape ins, and premade wigs takes approximately 10 -14 business
- How Many Bundles Are In A Custom Wig?

- How Long Will My Custom Wig Last?
- Our custom wigs are machine sewn, with proper care our wigs can last for years.

- What’s The Difference Between Raw & Virgin Hair ?!
- Raw Human Hair is 100% chemically unprocessed, cuticle aligned, and left in its most natural state. It is cut directly from a donor, which means every bundle won’t always look exactly the same, mainly for wavy or curly textures. We do offer different textures that undergo a steam process to formulate different wavy or curly textures.
- Virgin Hair can still be human hair but not 100%. However, its hairs have been chemically processed in effort to create different texture patterns.
