Roze Essentials Shipping Policy

Shipping Requirements: 

Shipping and billing address must match. Orders without matching shipping and billing address will be unable to proceed with purchase or refunded. Orders over $700 are subject to verification. 

Contact Us if you require accommodations. If you are unable to purchase through the website you may purchase using Zelle only. 

Shipping & Processing Time:

Same-Day Processing: Weekday orders placed before 3PM ET/12PM PT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3PM ET/12PM PT or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. 

Custom Wigs: 2 week processing time from the date of purchase. Once completed, tracking information will be sent within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description or email confirmation.

Bundles, Tape-Ins, and Lace: Up to 7-14 days processing time. 

Ready-to-Ship Orders: Please allow 1-2 days t0 process and ship order.

Shipping Options:

- All products are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Signature is required at the time of delivery to receive item(s).

  • 3-5 Days Standard
  • 1-2 Days Express
  • Overnight shipping if ordered before 3PM ET on the day of shipment.

  Shipping Responsibility:

- Roze Essentials is not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. 

- If a package is returned due to an invalid address, customer is responsible for shipment fees. 

- Roze Essentials is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods during mailing transit. Refer to your tracking information provided for updates. For additional help, contact your local USPS Facility directly.
